- Recreation – Don, Pete, Ed Haun, and Joel – update on the Girard Launch – dedication, ramp restrictions, signage, tree, vandalism, 4-wheeers,; Leo Memorial,-, Lowellville Dam, launch site, livery, Struthers Dam, Fish Tournament
- Communication – Sara, and Membership – Don – 57 paid, 893 on-line members
- Grants and Fundraising – Josh and Sara
- FOMR Paddle Discussion–Sunday, October 29th Paddle postponed till Spring due to state of mourning in Girard for Officer Leo.Tentative date(s) in Spring selected; Partner with Trumbull Canoe Trails; Open to the Community, good opportunity to get elected officials on the river.

- YSU Homecoming Parade – October 28th – Felicia, Tom, Ed, Colleen report with pictures
- Old Business – FOMR’s Website development – our website is evolving, check it out at http://www.friendsofthemahoningriver.org. Searching for: Political liaison; signage project lead worker for the river corridor; ideas for fundraising projects.
